Overview

The creation of recipe parameters, how they are connected to machines and various configuration settings such as variance logging, is all handled in the Recipe tab of the Production model through the designer (see Recipe Configuration Settings).

The actual recipes themselves along with the values used for machine settings, can be configured using the Recipe Editor component and through scripting. In this section we will go through the use of the Recipe editor component to create and manage recipes as well as the various scripting functions.
