In this class, we cover:

  • Best practices in developing a solution with emphasis on defining equipment units and equipment phases
  • Learning the basics of authoring recipes
  • Learning how to develop more complex recipes with equipment phases including configuration for output parameters to equipment controls and parameterized OPC paths
  • Using templates for commonly used phases within a recipe and configuring parameters for templates

  • Step through batch execution and monitoring

Each iteration through a mini-OEE project will address configuration, run-time control, analysis, and reporting.  This approach provides attendees with repetition in these essential feature-sets of the product.  At each step, best-practices from real-world examples are utilized to explore the features and ground the concepts.
